1. The Delivered Price Quote Process
Due to the significant weight (up to several tons), specialized handling, and variable freight requirements of our heavy machinery attachments (e.g., digger buckets), standard fixed-rate shipping is not applicable.
To ensure you receive the most accurate and cost-effective price, all purchases begin with a Delivered Price Quote Request that includes both the product cost and the freight cost.
Your Ordering Experience:

Quote Request: The "Add to Cart" button is replaced by "Get Delivered Price". When you click this button, you submit your desired product(s) and delivery details (address, contact info). No payment is taken at this stage.

Order Acknowledgment: You will immediately receive a Acknowledgment (or confirmation email) detailing the products you requested. This is not an invoice.

Freight Calculation: A Snapper Equipment representative will review your request, calculate the precise shipping cost based on the weight, size, and destination, and confirm product availability.

Quote Issued: Within 1–2 business days, we will send you a definitive Delivered Price Quote via email. This quote will clearly state the total price, including:

Final Freight (Shipping) Cost

Any Applicable Taxes

Acceptance & Payment: The quote will contain a secure link allowing you to review the final price and accept the quote. Only upon your acceptance and successful payment of the total amount will your order be finalized and processed for fulfillment.
Note: If the quote is not accepted within a specified period (30 days), the quote will expire, and the will need to be recalculated prior to acceptance.
2. Processing and Dispatch Time

Order Processing: Once your Delivered Price Quote is accepted and paid in full, your order is officially confirmed. Please allow 2–4 business days for order verification, picking, and preparation for dispatch.

Fulfillment (Custom Items): For custom or out-of-stock equipment, the estimated manufacturing/lead time will be clearly communicated within the Delivered Price Quote.

Dispatch: Dispatch occurs immediately upon the order being prepared and the full payment being processed.
3. Delivery Requirements and Unloading Responsibility
Our products are heavy freight and require specialized logistics. The recipient is responsible for handling the safe unloading of the equipment at the destination.

Required Unloading Equipment: Customers must ensure they have the necessary heavy lifting equipment (e.g., a forklift, crane, or equivalent machinery) and qualified personnel capable of safely receiving and unloading the item(s) from the freight vehicle.

Delivery Access: The delivery location must be accessible for large heavy freight trucks. You must notify us during the quote request process of any access restrictions (e.g., narrow roads, low bridges, site hours).

Failed Delivery: If the freight carrier cannot safely unload the equipment due to the absence of suitable lifting machinery, or if the site is inaccessible, the item may be returned to the nearest freight depot. Any fees incurred for re-delivery attempts or storage will be the sole customer’s responsibility and will be invoiced separately.
4. Inspection and Damage Claims
You must inspect your shipment thoroughly before signing the delivery receipt.

Note Damage: If you notice any signs of damage (e.g., dents, bent steel, torn packaging) upon arrival, you must note the damage clearly on the freight carrier’s Proof of Delivery (POD) paperwork.

Documentation: Take clear photographs of the damage before the item is unloaded and before the driver leaves.

Notification: You must notify Snapper Equipment via email or phone within 24 hours of delivery.
Failure to note damages on the delivery receipt may significantly hinder or void the ability to successfully process a freight insurance claim.
5. General Conditions
